Minerals Species: Plumbogummite pseudomorphs after Pyromorphite.
Location of mineral deposit: Laohu Hill, Guilin, Guangxi Zhuang, China.
Description: Rich cluster of translucent pale-blue plumbogummite pseudomorphs after hexagonal prismatic pyromorphite crystals to 12 mm long with remnants of green pyromorphite visible on the bottom edges and in small portions of broken pseudomorphs. All crystals are complete and undamaged, except the outer edges where it was attached to surrounding matrix. Reference: Ottens (2014) Plumbogummit und Pyromorphit aus Guangxi, China. Lapis v.39, No.12, pp.12-22.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 4x3x1.5 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 3-12 mm pseudos
