Detailed information on mineral specimen No. 69855:

Minerals Species: Wardite and Eosphorite on Quartz.
Location of mineral deposit: Taquaral, Itinga, Jequitinhonha River, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
Description: Lustrous translucent white wardite crystals to 3 mm with elongated translucent brown eosphorite crystals to 8 mm on one face of transparent quartz. Wardite from this locality is difficult to obtain -- these crystals are clean and distinct. All crystals are complete and undamaged, except the outer edges where it was attached to surrounding matrix. Collected ca. 1980.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 35x25x12 mm.
Size of individual crystals: micro to 8 mm
