Detailed information on mineral specimen No. 70266:

Minerals Species: Quartz.
Location of mineral deposit: Jinkouhe, Sichuan, China.
Description: Cluster of many lustrous transparent colorless quartz crystals with the bottom sawn flat. The quartz crystals are slender elongated hexagonal prisms, many with terminations that are dominated by a large single slanted face. Most of the crystals are complete and undamaged, but a few around the periphery are incomplete.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 8x8x5.5 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 12-55 mm
Price: $65 (plus shipping).
