Detailed information on mineral specimen No. 70367:

Minerals Species: Copper (naturally crystallized native copper).
Location of mineral deposit: Ray Mine, Mineral Creek District, Pinal County, Arizona.
Description: Superb sharp native copper crystals (naturally crystallized copper crystals) in a flat formation the crystallized in a narrow fracture in the country rock. The copper crystals grew in dendritic groups off a central point on the bottom edge. The crystals grew in a constricted cavity preventing complete crystal development. Most visible crystals are complete and undamaged. Collected ca. 1975.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 5x2.5x0.8 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 0.5-4.5 mm
Price: $95 (plus shipping).
