| Mineral Species: Bournonite. Location of origin: Yaogangxian Mine, Nanling Mountains, Hunan, China. Description: Large brilliantly lustrous gray-metallic bournonite complex crystal with odd, asymmetric shape dominated by a broad pyramidal termination face. The bournonite crystal is complete on all faces with surfaces are composed of smaller parallel crystal faces. No damage is visible to the unaided eye, but minor damage is visible under 20x magnification. From my private collection. Ex. Georg Gebhard.
