| Mineral Species: Wulfenite on Quartz. Location of origin: Manhan Lead Mines, Loudville District, 3 km northwest of Easthampton, Hampshire County, Massachusetts. Description: Rich specimen (for this old locality) with many lustrous translucent orange wulfenite crystals to 3 mm scattered throughout in crevices in gray-white quartz. The wulfenite crystals are square blades with beveled edge faces. No damage is visible to the unaided eye, but minor damage is visible under 20x magnification. Ex. R. Holmes collection WLF-8.
