Description of Mineral Specimen for sale No. 81023:

Mineral Species: Sulfur.
Location of origin: El Desierto, West of Salar de Uyuni, Potosi, Bolivia.
Description: Lustrous transparent-to-translucent vivid-yellow sulfur crystals with no matrix attached. The surfaces are composed of many parallel sulfur crystals that reflect illumination simultaneously. This form suggests they are twinned following the Spinel Law. Scattered damage to the crystal edges throughout. Ex. Miller #M3841.
Overall size: 6x2x2 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 10-25 mm
Price: $95 (plus shipping).
