Description of Mineral Specimen for sale No. 81711:

Mineral Species: Axinite-(Fe).
Location of origin: Puiva Deposit, Tyumenskaya Oblast', Sub-Polar Ural Mountains, Russia.
Description: Two sub-parallel interconnected transparent brown axinite crystals with lustrous crystal faces, excellent internal clarity, and a small fragment of matrix attached on the bottom edge. The axinite is fully crystallized on all faces front and rear. The crystal faces are clean and in good condition, the outer edges show minor wear. From my personal collection..
Overall size: 28x23x6 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 28 mm
Price: $450 net (plus shipping).
