Description of Mineral Specimen for sale No. 81783:

Mineral Species: Fluorite with Pyrite inclusions.
Location of origin: Hilton Mine, Scordale, 4 km NE of Hilton, Cumbria, England.
Description: Lustrous transparent yellow cubic fluorite crystal with no matrix attached. The fluorite crystal has a thin zone of small pyrite crystal inclusions visible near the top face. The rear is a crystallized contact where the fluorite was attached. The crystal edges show minor chipping and wear. Fluoresces violet under LW-SW UV illumination. Ex. Miller collection T1100.
Overall size: 28x21x18 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 28 mm
Price: $48 (plus shipping).
