Description of Mineral Specimen for sale No. 82027:

Mineral Species: Fluorapatite.
Location of origin: Cerro de Mercado, Durango, Mexico.
Description: Lustrous transparent yellow fluorapatite crystal no matrix attached. The fluorapatite crystal has a six-sided pyramidal termination with scattered edge wear that are typical of this locality where the fluorapatite crystals are found in hematite iron ore. Ex. Miller collection T3324.
Overall size: 21x18x15 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 21 mm
Price: $45 (plus shipping).
