Description of Mineral Specimen for sale No. 82204:

Mineral Species: Vanadinite with Calcite.
Location of origin: North Geronimo Mine, La Paz County, Arizona.
Description: Lustrous transparent red vanadinite crystals to 2 mm with colorless transparent calcite crystals to 1 mm over both front and rear of brown matrix. The vanadinite crystals are tapered hexagonal form, with flat terminations (a few hoppered terminations). No damage is visible to the unaided eye, but minor damage is visible under 20x magnification. Ex. Miller collection T2662.
Overall size: 27x21x12 mm.
Size of individual crystals: micro to 2 mm
Price: $26 (plus shipping).
