Description of Mineral Specimen for sale No. 82586:

Mineral Species: Apophyllite, Goethite, Pyrite on Pectolite.
Location of origin: Millington Quarry, Bernards Township, Somerset County, New Jersey.
Description: Lustrous transparent colorless rectangular apophyllite crystals to 10 mm on fibrous white pectolite crystals in hemispherical aggregates to 12 mm diameter. Yellow-metallic pyrite and slender brown goethite microcrystals are scattered throughout. All crystals are complete and undamaged, except the outer edges where it was attached to surrounding matrix. Ex. Miller collection T3394; ex. Betts #75248; collected by Kurt Hennig ca. 1995.
Overall size: 30x28x20 mm.
Size of individual crystals: micro to 10 mm
