Description of Mineral Specimen for sale No. 82782:

Mineral Species: Copper.
Location of origin: Tsumeb Mine, Otavi-Bergland District, Oshikoto, Namibia.
Description: Sharp, well defined native copper crystals (naturally occurring copper crystals) with surfaces composed of smaller parallel crystal faces. Under magnification can be seen a glued repair where the copper crystals were separated during extraction. Ex. Miller collection T452; ex. Betts #55013.
Overall size: 11x11x9 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 1-8 mm
Price: $25 (plus shipping).
