There are three ways to request items from this web site:

1. Use the Secure Order Form. This is the best way to submit an order. Order requests are instantly recorded on a secure database guaranteeing that your request will get in the queue in proper order increasing your chances of getting the item(s) requested. First-time customers must use the online order form to submit all needed information and avoid transcription errors.
2. Send an email to jhbnyc@aol.com But beware, email is not instantly received. Emails can take up to 10 minutes to arrive, they may be filtered accidentally by anti-Spam software, or they may be lost in the ether.
3. Call our telephone number at 212-678-1942 but do not be surprised if you get a busy signal or an answering machine. If you are lucky enough to get through to an answering machine, leave your name, telephone number, and item numbers of the items wanted. 

NOTE: Corporate or institutional purchase orders are not accepted. In these instances, it is advised to have an employee charge the purchase on a credit card and be reimbursed for the purchase.
