Having Problems Viewing This Week's New Mineral Listings?

Important Facts About this Site:

New minerals are added to the site every Tuesday around 12:00 noon, New York time. Rain or shine.

At the top of the New Listings 1A and New Listings 1B pages it will give the date of the newly listed minerals (e.g. Minerals added November 16) that will correspond to the most recent Tuesday.

If your web browser does not display the most recent date:

Your browser is showing you a cached version of the new listings from last week. Instead of calling up the page from my server, it is opening a version in the memory cache of your computer, or possibly a proxy server at your company or service provider. AOL uses proxy servers and commonly fails to show the latest listings

To Fix the Problem:

Go back to New Listings 1A or New Listings 1B and do the following:

Hold down the "SHIFT" key and the "CONTROL" key on your keyboard.
Simultaneously mouse click on "REFRESH" (RELOAD) on your browser window (usually near the upper left of the command bar on your browser).
If the new date, and new mineral listings, fail to appear then repeat several times until they do appear.

Holding down the SHIFT and CONTROL keys while reloading the pages forces your browser to call to the server for this site and retrieve the latest version of the page.
