Detailed information on mineral specimen No. 9052:

Minerals Species: Beryl var. Aquamarine.
Location of mineral deposit: Skardu Road, Gilgit District, Pakistan.
Description: Transparent pale blue aquamarine crystal in matrix. The upper 2.5 cm extending from matrix is near flawless. Excellent termination showing Star-of-David shape. Bottom portion of the crystal is opaque and exposed on the back side.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 6x5x3 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 6 cm.
