Locality:Kara Oba (Dzhambul), Betpakdala Desert, Karaganda Oblast', Kazakhstan
Description:A lustrous crystal of gray smoky quartz 5 cm long with white crystal of bertrandite to 5 mm long and reddish-brown rhodochrosite crystals to 4 mm long attached on the sides. An excellent specimen of bertrandite.
