Locality: | Plumbago Mountain, Newry, Maine |
Description: | Well formed, lustrous, black-metallic cassiterite complex crystal 7 mm across in small vug in white albite. Adjacent is a pale blue 4 mm apatite crystal and 2 mm quartz crystal. An excellent specimen of a mineral not commonly found in Maine. |
