Mineral:Elbaite var. Rubellite Tourmaline
Locality:Kunar, Afghanistan
Description:Sharp, well crystallized rubellite tourmaline crystal with shallow pyramidal termination. Color is a deep pink and the crystal is transparent with internal flaws - no external damage. Minor albite attached to base.
