Description:Well formed lustrous 2 cm almandine garnet crystal exposed in the center of a quartz nodule from an unusual alluvial deposit. This nodule still has a portion of the surrounding quartz as a separate piece, so it can be displayed to show how they formed.
Overall Size:4x3x2.5 cm
Crystals:15-25 mm
