Mineral:Quartz var. Amethyst scepter-shaped Japan Law-twinned
Locality:Andilamena District, Toamasina Province, Madagascar
Description:Two scepter-shaped quartz crystals (larger quartz crystals overgrown in parallel on smaller quartz crystals) with milky quartz bases and transparent pale-purple amethyst tops. The quartz crystals are twinned following the Japan Law of quartz twinning.
Overall Size:30x25x13 mm
Crystals:16-22 mm
