Locality: | Mex-Tex Mine, Hansonburg District, 8.5 km south of Bingham, Socorro County, New Mexico |
Description: | Rectangular galena crystal 2 cm on edge with the surface completely altered to anglesite to a 1 mm depth. Blue linarite coats the anglesite in areas. The surface looks beautiful under magnification. |
