Mineral:Fluorite with Siderite
Locality:Boltsburn Mine, Weardale, County Durham, England
Description:Very large twinned crystals of translucent purple fluorite with a thin overgrowth of siderite on one face. The size, luster and clarity of this specimen are exceptional, unfortunately one corner is dinged and several show nicks. Fluoresces under UV.
Overall Size:8x7x6 cm
Crystals:5-6 cm
