Description:Dark purple fluorite crystals up to 3 cm in a parallel formation. The crystal surfaces have an unusual black resinous coating that looks like fluorite until viewed with backlighting. Originally acquired in 1969. Ex. Dr. Eugene E. Sensel (1911-2000) collection #G789
