Mineral:Sphalerite var. Marmatite with Calcite
Locality:Stari Trg Mine, Trepca, Serbia
Description:Brilliant specimen of lustrous metallic (black) marmatite sphalerite with overgrowth of colorless calcite crystals up to 15 mm. The marmatite crystals are up to 4 cm with many 3-5 mm subparallel crystal faces on the surface.
Overall Size:7x5x3 cm
Crystals:5-40 mm
