Locality:Jegdalek, Sorobi District, Kabul Province, Afghanistan
Description:Red corundum variety ruby crystal in marble matrix. The ruby crystal is exposed on the back side too allowing light to pass through and show translucency. Fluoresces red under UV. A good specimen - great color, no damage, stands upright without support.
