Description:Rounded aggregates of dark, metallic polianite (pyrolusite pseudomorphs after manganite) up to 8 mm. The surface of the aggregates show many individual crystal faces about 1 mm each. From the Lechner collection (Austrian). See Min. Rec., Nov.-Dec. 1991. Ex. Lechner collection #2772 (ca. 1900, Austria)
