Mineral:Spodumene var. Kunzite with Quartz
Locality:Nuristan Province, Afghanistan
Description:Uncommon matrix specimen of spodumene crystals up to 7 cm long in matrix with quartz crystals up to 6 cm. The spodumene, when viewed on end, has zone of purple-pink (kunzite) mixed with colorless areas. No damage to the spodumene.
Overall Size:9x7x4 cm
Crystals:5-7 cm
