Mineral:Fluorapatite on Albite
Locality:Emmons Quarry, southeastern slope of Uncle Tom Mountain, Greenwood, Oxford County, Maine
Description:Pristine white albite matrix with many medium-purple apatite crystals up to 4.5 mm. The contrast of the apatite crystals against the white matrix is very attractive. No damage. Must been in person to be appreciated.
