Description:Large crystal of metallic galena without matrix. The crystal form is cubic with a natural (not a cleavage) octahedral face on one corner. Minor nick on one edge. The crystal surfaces have many smaller, subparallel faces. Very large crystal! Ex. Earle C. Sullivan (1906-2005), author of History and Minerals of Old Mine Park, Trumbull, Ct.
