Locality:Denton Mine, Harris Creek District, Hardin County, Illinois
Description:Excellent large specimen of fluorite crystals up to 4.5 cm each. The fluorite has a yellow central zone with blue-purple outer layers easily visible with good illumination. 1-2 mm pyrite crystals are included within the fluorite. Minor colorless calcite. Ex. Earle C. Sullivan (1906-2005), author of History and Minerals of Old Mine Park, Trumbull, Ct.
