Locality:Gillette Quarry, Haddam Neck, Middlesex County, Connecticut
Description:Two beryl crystals in pegmatite matrix with muscovite, quartz, elbaite tourmaline and apatite. The beryl crystals are white with pale-pink tint. The apatite fluoresces yellow under UV illumination. Ex. Earle C. Sullivan (1906-2005), author of History and Minerals of Old Mine Park, Trumbull, Ct.
