Description: | Large vein-mineralization of translucent brucite crystals up to 4 cm covering a large area (upper right) and a smaller pocket (lower left). Good condition with minimal imperfections. The best brucite I have EVER seen, from ANY location. Ex. Westtown School (West Chester, Pa.) Collection no. 6533, donated by Jesse M. Cheney (ca. 1890). |
