Locality:Ferrara, Italy
Description:Translucent, yellow sulfur crystals on bitumen-coated matrix. Very old specimen (pre-dates the numerous lab-grown sulfur crystals currently on the market). Ex. Westtown School (West Chester, Pa.) Collection no. 5666, donated by George Vaux (1863-1927).
