Locality:Bishop's Mill, Delaware County, Pennsylvania
Description:Partial crystal of garnet with minor quartz matrix with well developed crystal faces and good red-brown color. The faces present are undamaged. See article: Garnets from Delaware County, Pennsylvania in Rocks and Minerals v.62-#3 for more info. Ex. Westtown School (West Chester, Pa.) Collection no. 7196 (ca. 1880).
