|Dravite-Uvite Tourmaline with Quartz
|Bower Power's Farm, Pierrepont, St. Lawrence County, New York
|Classic specimen from the famous dravite-uvite tourmaline deposit on Power's farm near Pierrepont. This specimen has uncommon milky quartz crystal mixed in with the black uvite tourmaline. Because the crystals all intersected, complete crystals are few. Ex. Westtown School (West Chester, Pa.) Collection no. 7412 (ca. 1880).
