Locality:Sweet Home Mine, Buckskin Gulch, Alma District, Park County, Colorado
Description:Rhombic, translucent crystals of rhodochrosite with minor pyrite on a quartz plate. The rhodochrosite is light pink with thin overgrowth of white quartz. The coating has partially flaked away on the largest crystal revealing the pink crystal beneath.
Overall Size:6x4x2 cm
Crystals:2-14 mm
