Locality:Blackdene Mine, Ireshopeburn, Weardale, County Durham, England
Description:Showy specimen of black sphalerite coated with cubic, purple fluorite crystals up to 7 mm and yellow siderite. The fluorite fluoresces violet under UV illumination. Ex. Westtown School (West Chester, Pa.) Collection no. 5940 (ca. 1880).
