Locality:Elmwood Mine, Carthage, Smith County, Tennessee
Description:Highly lustrous complex crystals of translucent brown sphalerite on gray limestone coated with sparkling colorless quartz crystals to .05 mm. The sphalerite crystals appear almost black, but are in fact translucent when rear-illuminated.
Overall Size:5x4x3.5 cm
Crystals:0.2-25 mm
