|Quartz dissolved by hot spring water
|Hot Springs, Garland County, Arkansas
|Unusual formation of quartz crystals that have been partially dissolved by the hot water in the springs leaving a rounded, egg-shaped formation with partial quartz crystals on the side. I have never seen a similar specimen. Acquired circa 1950. Ex. Robert C. Linck (1905-1970)
