Mineral:Fluorite on Quartz
Locality:Jefferson City, 1600' level, Jefferson County, Tennessee
Description:White plate of microcrystalline quartz overgrown with scattered crystals of purple fluorite. The fluorite crystals are cubic with tetrahexahedral faces forming shallow pyramids (rare). Very attractive. Ex. Robert C. Linck (1905-1970)
