Locality:Custer Pegmatite District, Custer County, South Dakota
Description:Very aesthetic combination of black schorl tourmaline 5 cm long with red-brown almandine garnet 4 cm diameter and rhombic albite 2.5 cm. Only a small are of surface fractures on the garnet, otherwise perfect. With old label from Lazard Cahn (1865-1940). Ex. Robert C. Linck (1905-1970)
