Mineral:Quartz with mud inclusions
Locality:Hot Spring County, Arkansas
Description:Parallel formation of quartz crystals with phantom mud inclusions. No damage. With old Smithsonian number and label #83661. Canfield wrote in 1923 that the Lea collection was the largest and finest mineral collection ever given to the Smithsonian. Ex. Robert C. Linck (1905-1970); Ex. Isaac Lea (1792-1886)
