Locality:Lake Valley District, Sierra County, New Mexico
Description:Many yellow to red-brown crystals of vanadinite on matrix from the famous Lake Valley district. The crystals are translucent and lustrous. Originally purchased from Hancock in 1910 and has Hancock label in addition to the Gage label. Ex. Robert C. Linck (1905-1970); Ex.Robert B. Gage (1875-1946); Elwood P. Hancock (1836-1916)
