Locality:Diamantina, Minas Gerais, Brazil
Description:Many elongated crystals of red-black rutile running throughout quartz and calcite matrix. Crystals vary from translucent, hair-like crystals up to 10 mm; up to larger crystals 3-4 mm diameter and up to 6 cm long. Many crystals are incomplete. Ex. Robert C. Linck (1905-1970); Ex. Hugh Ford (1885-1966).
