Description: | Old specimen (ca. 1930) of intense blue azurite crystals in finger-like formations up to 9 mm long with white calcite overgrowth .5 mm green malachite rosettes on matrix. The azurite is translucent and lustrous (and hard to photograph!). Ex. Robert C. Linck (1905-1970) |
