Locality:Agrigento District (Girgenti), Sicily, Italy
Description:Lustrous doubly-terminated crystals of blue-white celestine (celestite) up to 4 cm on matrix of yellow sulfur with many 1-2 mm colorless calcite crystals on the surface. Fluoresces under UV illumination. Ex. Robert C. Linck (1905-1970); Ex. Hugh Ford (1885-1966).
