Locality:Route 4 road cut west of George Washington Bridge, Fort Lee, Bergen County, New Jersey
Description:Large specimen of white calcite overgrown on diabase. Scattered throughout the calcite are metallic galena crystals up to 8 mm. More galena crystals can be exposed with careful work. This specimen was discovered during the excavation for a building. Ex. J. Cilen collection #21923
