Locality:Cave-in-Rock District, Hardin County, Illinois
Description:Hard to find specimen of blue fluorite with partial overgrowth of colorless calcite crystals. This is the corner of a cubic crystal with three faces complete. The other faces are cleavages. The fluorite is transparent in areas and has faceting potential.
