Locality: | ZCA #4 Mine, 2500' level, Balmat, St. Lawrence County, New York |
Description: | Elongated plate covered on one face with dark magnetite crystals (in the rare cubic form) up to 5 mm, mixed with colorless halite and reddish sphalerite crystals up to 3 mm. This is the only specimen I have seen from the locality with all three minerals. |
